STRESS & ANXIETY LOWER YOUR IELTS / TOEFL SCORES.
Being a teacher, exam coach ( for IELTS, TOEFL, ESOL, CAE, SAT, GMAT and other exams ) and psychologist, I have noticed that very often stress and anxiety lower students' exam scores. Students can lose as much as 1 band due to stress and anxiety. For example, you are able to score 7.0 in IELTS but are scoring just 6.0 !
I have noticed that most of students do have some emotional issues that are negatively affecting their study. What to do about these and how can you stay safe in your exams and get the score you deserve ? CLICK HERE TO READ MORE

WHAT MAKES OUR PROGRAMS DIFFERENT?
Lingua Lab offers only Memory-Compatible programs. These programs are VERY different from the traditional way of learning foreign languages.
It's important to understand that learning foreign languages is different from learning other subjects like History, Maths , Geography etc. Language is a very personal skill. It expresses who you are. The way people learn language is studied by psychology. Now let's look at how students can learn English. The traditional way to teach English can be briefly described as follows:
- no an individual psychological assessment before selecting a course, only a standard placement test to check the level of English
- large classes of more than 10 people where each student does not talk even 5 min during a lesson
- the same standard textbooks for all students
- drilling as means of memorizing the language
- main focus on Grammar tenses
- no pronunciation and accent reduction training provided.
THE OUTCOME :
Students NEVER reach the relaxed confidence of native speakers while using English. The translation from/into their mother tongue goes on in their mind all the time. Some effects of these old-fashioned teaching/learning methods on learners are:
- ineffective learning (no desired results even after a long period of study )
- quick forgetting
- partial Memory block
- nervous breakdowns.
The new way to learn English is to take a Memory - Compatible Course. Memory-Compatible courses are based on an individual psychological assessment of a student. People have different types of Memory and different Memory power. A Memory -Compatible Course is prepared after the special Memory Test so that it will be compatible with a student's memory.
The same course can be useful to one person and completely useless, even harmful , to another. Even different books and dictionaries are suitable for different types of Memory. It's a good idea to do the Memory Test BEFORE buying textbooks and dictionaries if you want to study successfully.
Remember: there are no absolutely BAD COURSES or BAD BOOKS but, if they are not compatible with YOUR MEMORY , they can be BAD FOR YOU!
The secret of success is to follow your memory, not to force it. Each Memory is as unique as fingerprints ; and so are the Memory - Compatible Courses - just for you, for your Memory.
A key should fit a lock if you want to open a door , not to break it.
Your Memory has a huge potential; you can learn many languages as easily as you learnt your mother tongue.
Lingua Lab programs make you learn English as naturally as you have learnt your mother tongue!
