There are around 20 top sentence patterns of English. Learning these patterns will teach you how to combine short,  basic sentences into longer ones and so to express your ideas in a more elegant way.

Students can lose as much as 1 band  due to stress and anxiety. For example, you are able to score 7.0 in IELTS but are scoring just 6.0 !

I have noticed that most of students do have some emotional issues that are negatively affecting their study. What to do about these  and how can you stay safe in your exams and get the score you deserve ?      CLICK HERE TO READ MORE

Hi, everybody!

Here are the recent topics for IELTS Writing Task 2.

However, others feel that foreign companies should be shut out and instead the government should help the local companies to contribute to the economic growth. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
  • It is not necessary to go to a place to know about the place because we can see the places from books, TV and internet. Do you agree or disagree.

  • Recently the freedom to work and live anywhere has become the main trend due to the development of communication technology and transportation. Do the advantages of these developments outweigh the disadvantages? Discuss
  • Some say that public health is important and there should be more sports facilities. Others say that they have small impact on individuals. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
  • Many people believe that teachers should also teach students how to judge right from wrong and how to behave, while others think they should just teach academic subjects. What is your opinion?
  • In many countries crime is increasing. What are the main reasons for this? What can be done to improve the situation? Support your position with relevant examples and include your own experience.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR IELTS/TOEFL ?

      Memory-Compatible IELTS/TOEFL Courses

The IELTS/TOEFL exams require students to demonstrate not only their knowledge of English language but also the general knowledge of science, art, history, global issues and so on. To get the IELTS band 6.0 (and above), or an equivalent TOEFL score, a student needs to process a lot of material about the related topics.
However, all standard IELTS/TOEFL preparation courses focus on Grammar. Vocabulary, and the Four Skills ONLY. That is not enough because on the day of the exam students still don't have enough information in their memory to write  good essays in the Writing Module and to answer correctly 40 questions in the Reading Module.
Lingua Lab teaches the Memory-Compatible Courses which prepare students totally to get the required score. These intensive courses are prepared for each student individually after testing his/her Memory.
TO REGISTER OR TO ENQUIRE ABOUT OUR IELTS/TOEFL COURSES POST YOUR REQUEST HERE AND WE WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU.
